Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Best Bot Quiz, a Discord bot and related services (“Service”). By adding or using the bot, you agree to these Terms. The Terms are provided in English for clarity and for Discord App Directory requirements.

Usage rules

You agree that you will not:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior in the economy or game systems to gain an unfair advantage or duplicate currency, items, or rewards.
• Use automation, scripts, self-bots, macros, or third-party tools to answer quiz questions, farm rewards, or manipulate duels or leaderboards.
• Harass other users, spam commands in a way that disrupts servers, or attempt to damage, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service in violation of law or Discord’s Terms of Service / Community Guidelines.

We may apply automated or manual anti-cheat measures, remove illegitimate progress or balances, and restrict access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or that any particular feature will always remain available.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature;
• Reset or rebalance in-game economy, scores, or progression where we deem it necessary for fairness or operations;
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user or server (for example for violations of these Terms or of Discord’s policies).

Where required by law, additional rights may apply; nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Virtual goods

In-game points, items, roles purchased through the bot’s shop (where applicable), and similar elements have no real-world cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise. They may be changed or removed as part of game design or enforcement.

Third parties

The Service runs on Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Discord outages or policy changes that affect the bot.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
